Biographical Information

KAREN K. KOSASA, a third-generation Japanese settler, is an associate professor and director of the Museum Studies Graduate Certificate Program in the department of American Studies at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. For 13 years she taught in the visual arts in Hawai‘i and the continental U.S.

STAN TOMITA is now retired. From 1979 to 2015 he taught photography for different periods at the University of California at Berkeley, Honolulu Community College, and the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa.
